Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Client Service, Development and Support
    • New Business Development
      • Support initial research for new client pitches
      • Build out lists of prospects by industry, vertical or client offering.
      • Support proposal research and development.
    • Client Service and Support
      • Leverage Excel and large sets of data to help clients understand the impact of changes to their programs.
        • Must be able to answer “Did it work” accurately on a frequent basis.
      • Support weekly reporting and analysis.
      • Support a team of consultants with recurring tasks and special projects
      • Own error rate analysis, reporting and management.
      • Support one-time analysis projects to identify opportunities for client growth.
      • Manage and report on client reputations and create actionable steps and recommendations for clients.
    • Company-wide responsibilities
      • Corporate communications
        • Keep track of contracts with company-wide support technologies like phones, apple, dropbox etc.. and contact/interact with them as necessary to support company personnel.
      • Other tasks
        • Track industry trends and circulate appropriate articles to the rest of the team and clients, if appropriate.
        • Track appropriate speaking opportunities and ensure submissions are filed by deadline.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS required. Concentration in marketing, business strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical/data management skills
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills
  • High attention to detail and an ability to manage large amounts of data in an organized and structured way
  • Must be a self starter and be self-motivated
